The capacity of the Hotel Termia (two stars category) comes to 205 beds, arranged in single and double rooms and in suites. All rooms have their own bathrooms, and more than a half of rooms have also a TV set. There is a possibility of providing some rooms with an extra bed and the usage of the French bed. The hotel offers two coffee bars and three restaurants: a restaurant for the hotel guests with a dance hall (capacity of 500 people), the National restaurant (capacity of 140 people) and the restaurant Rivijera (capacity of 50 people). In the evening hours of weekends guests can in the National restaurant enjoy the music of a tambura-playing orchestra.
The congress offer consists of a big lecture and seminar room (capacity of 600 people) and three smaller salons (capacity of 50 people). All rooms contain technical equipment necessary for group work (public address system, TV set, VCR, overhead projector, projector, magnet board for marker writing and blackboard for chalk writing).
A large car-park for private cars or buses is available for all individual guests or groups coming in organized agency arrangement.
On the level of the mezzanine, the first and the second floor, the hotel spaces are connected with each other by open footpaths, which here and there intersect with each other in small green parks. Wooden benches and low lanterns will make it possible to enjoy a special intimate atmosphere.
In the large hotel entrance-hall there is a hairdresser's and a beauty shop, fashion and sports shop, souvenir shop and a bank.
