 About healthfulness of Bizovac water
All the analyses that have been done so far have proved that the thermominreal water of the Bizovac spa is the unique and the warmest hyperthermal water in Europe. Thermal waters of such characteristics are very rare in the world.
According to the data from our country and the world literature, there is no other water of the same characteristics. In all the analyses that were used to compare different waters, at least one compound element was different and it has changed the characteristic of the water. Similar characteristics of the salty water can be found in the countries of the former Soviet block, Italy, Poland, Czech Republic, Germany and France. Bizovac spa water is the most similar to the water in Kolobrzeg, Poland, and the only difference is that the Bizovac spa water contains more iodine. According to the amount of iodine, Bizovac spa water is almost identical to the water from the spring 123 in Ciechocinek, also in Poland. | CHEMICAL COMPOSITION AND THE PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF WATER (Bore Bizovac-4) | 1 liter of water contains | mg | mmol | mval | mval% | | CATIONS: | | Lithium (Li+) | 0,328 | 0,047 | 0,047 | 0,01 | | Sodium (Na+) | 8528,0 | 370,948 | 370,948 | 90,41 | | Potassium (K+) | 226,305 | 5,788 | 5,788 | 1,41 | | Magnesium (Mg+) | 79,535 | 3,272 | 6,545 | 1,60 | | Calcium (Ca++) | 503,6 | 12,565 | 25,131 | 6,13 | | Strontium (Sr++) | 40,037 | 0,457 | 0,914 | 0,22 | | Barium (Ba++) | 47,437 | 0,345 | 0,691 | 0,17 | | Manganese (Mn++) | 0,08 | 0,001 | 0,003 | 0,00 | | Iron (Fe++) | 1,749 | 0,031 | 0,063 | 0,02 | | Aluminium (Al+++) | 1,217 | 0,045 | 0,135 | 0,03 | | | 393,499 | 410,265 | 100,00 | | ANIONS: | | Fluorine (F-) | 0,243 | 0,013 | 0,013 | 0,00 | | Chlorine (Cl-) | 14750,0 | 416,044 | 416,044 | 96,16 | | Bromine (Br-) | 69,972 | 0,876 | 0,876 | 0,20 | | Iodine (J-) | 4,391 | 0,035 | 0,035 | 0,01 | | Hydrogencarbonates (HCO3-) | 949,32 | 15,558 | 15,558 | 3,60 | | Sulfates (SO4-) | 5,926 | 0,062 | 0,123 | 0,03 | | | 432,588 | 432,649 | 100,00 | | UNDISOCIATED: | | Silicon acid (H2SiO3) | 86,062 | 1,102 | | | | | MINERALISATION: | 25294,2 | 827,189 | 842,914 | | | | | Carbon dioxside (CO2) | 16,0 | | | Sulfur-Hydrogen (H2S) | 0,34 | | | Temperature °C | 87-90 | | | | Radioactivity (Rn) Bq/lit | 9,29 | (=0,69 MJ/lit=0,25 nCi/lit) | | Electrical flow μS cm-1 | 33366,0 | pH 6,2 | | | | | Evaporation remains (105°C) | 25278,0 | mg/lit | | | Evaporation remains (180°C) | 24915,0 | mg/lit | | | Evaporation remains (calculated) | 24811,7 | mg/lit | | | Sulfur control (analysed) | 28798,0 | mg/lit | | | Sulfur control (calculated) | 29185,0 | mg/lit | | | Consumption KMnO4 | 46,72 | mg/lit | | | | Analysis: Radovan Čepelak, 12th of December prosinca 1979.
